Learn to Serve

This series of professional development workshops is designed to meet the needs of community consultants and volunteers serving nonprofits.

Navigating Challenging Consulting Situations with Diplomacy and Grace
Tuesday, January 13, 12-1:30pm

What do you do when the little warning bells have gone off and you suspect that there might be larger issues than are being articulated within your consulting engagement? Venturing into the ambiguous, vulnerable and sometimes messy side of consulting can be tricky. Learning how to navigate these difficult situations with integrity and authenticity is key.

Please join us for a follow up session to Raising and Retiring Red Flags as presenter, Cat Cuevas, leads us through the practical application of addressing known issues in a supportive and caring way. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss challenges, learn how to draw necessary information out, really listen and address problematic situations in order to serve the client’s best interests and maintain the ongoing relationship.

For more details and to RSVP please visit the registration page.

Topics and materials from past events can be found in the Volunteer Lounge.
