Nicole Martin is an HR leader with expertise in nonprofit and global operations. Her passion is unlocking the potential of individuals, teams, and organizations for the betterment of our communities. Nicole currently leads the People Experience team at RMI, a global clean energy nonprofit. In her role she supported RMI's growth as it quadrupled in size and expanded internationally in response to the climate challenge.

Before moving to the nonprofit world, Nicole served in federal government and was posted in Europe and West Africa. Nicole currently serves on the board for 10 Billion Strong.

When she is not nerding out about organizational effectiveness, Nicole is finding new music or stocking up on craft supplies at Seattle ReCreative. Nicole has a BA in Economics and Public Policy from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and is a certified coach.
