LeeAnn Stivers (she/her) has devoted most of her career to the nonprofit sector, earning a reputation for building inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing teams. Originally from sunny San Diego, LeeAnn has called Seattle home since 2009. Her professional journey has been rooted in mission-driven, member, and volunteer-based organizations, where she discovered a deep passion for amplifying the strengths of nonprofits and driving meaningful impact in the communities they serve.
In 2021, LeeAnn expanded her expertise by transitioning to Human Capital Consulting, specializing in leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. This combination of nonprofit leadership and client services provides her with a distinctive and dynamic perspective as the Executive Director of 501 Commons.
LeeAnn is deeply committed to strengthening 501 Commons’ partnerships and broadening its reach, ensuring nonprofits have access to the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive in an ever-changing landscape. Her vision is to establish 501 Commons as a trusted partner and thought leader within the nonprofit community, recognized as a go-to resource for both essential support and supplemental services.
Beyond her professional life, LeeAnn’s days are just as vibrant. As a mom of two energetic boys, she can often be found cheering them on at swim meets, soccer matches, and basketball games. She also volunteers for school activities and enjoys spending time with her husband, who owns a travel company. Together, they share a love for travel, exploring the outdoors, and discovering new cultures. LeeAnn firmly believes that time spent in nature and embracing new experiences nurtures creativity, broadens perspectives, and deepens connections.
Fun Fact: LeeAnn played the clarinet for nine years and was part of a 300-person marching band, an experience that taught her the importance of discipline, teamwork, and harmony—both in music and in life.
