Aline (pronouns she/her) is the Program Manager of Human Resources & Learning Programs at 501 Commons and is eager to partner with organizations to meet their HR and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI) goals. Aline has had a 20+ year career in consulting, law, higher education, community organizing, and nonprofit leadership. She has worked at organizations such as the Gates Public Service Law Program at the University of Washington, JustLead Washington, Washington State Bar Association, Northwest Justice Project, and more. She has also owned and operated her own coaching and management consulting business. Aline is passionate about social justice, developing people, workplace conflict resolution through restorative practices, and aligning DEI goals and strategies with HR policies and practices.
Aline is an attorney by training, with a J.D. from Seattle University, a B.A. from the State University of New York at New Paltz, and a Certificate of HR Management from the University of Washington. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and the Pacific Northwest Organizational Development Network.
Fun Fact: Aline grew up in New York City and Normandy, France. She speaks fluent French and is raising her children to be bilingual. Aline has been a hair stylist, dishwasher, jazz singing waitress at a dinner theatre cabaret, and has toured with a jazz band.
