Candace Haralson is a human resource generalist with many years of experience in the corporate sector doing HR and compensation work.
While at Boeing, she was an HR business partner to Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Government & Community Relations, as well as parts and airplane manufacturing on the Commercial side and a couple of organizations on the Shared Services side. Candace worked with senior leaders, supervisors, and employees on all aspects of the employee life cycle from recruitment to onboarding, personnel policy compliance, performance management, employee relations, compensation, exit interviews, and everything in between.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Washington State University (Go Cougs) and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Her focus is providing strategic, consultative, and collaborative human resources services to 501 Commons' HR clients.
With a service focus, she enjoys seeing how businesses work and learning all the time. She volunteers with Hamlin Robinson School’s auction and serves on the board of the South King County Children & Adults with ADHD (CHADD).
Fun Fact: Candace is one of 10 children and shares that her place in the birth order is that her parents saved the best for last. In her free time, she sews queen size wedding quilts for nieces and nephews getting married.
