Danielle Lyda is a seasoned Human Resource professional who brings more than 25 years of experience working with both nonprofits and Human Resource Outsource and Professional Employer Organizations. She is well equipped to represent 501 Commons as the HR Programs Manager for Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
Danielle received her BA from Idaho State University, where she studied Pre-Colombian Art and Technology and Art History. Danielle’s approach through Cultural Studies and Art History gives her the opportunity to view humankind from a beautiful perspective. “Embrace what makes others unique” are words she lives by. This carries over into her HR practice and her desire to help individuals, organizations, and communities reach their dreams.
Danielle is living her dream serving nonprofits through 501 Commons and being married to her husband Aaron and sharing life with her children Alyssa, Maura, AJ, and Emma in rural Idaho. Danielle and her family spend their free time kayaking on the Snake River, hiking in The City of Rocks, and skiing all over the Northwest.
Fun Fact: Danielle grew up in Pittsburgh where she loved going to Steeler games and waving her Terrible Towel!
