Gail Hill

Human Resources Consultant

Gail brings to the nonprofit community more than 18 years of experience in Human Resources, having recently served as the Director of School’s Personnel with the Ministry of Education in Jamaica.

Gail earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the West Indies, a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, and an Advanced Certificate in Educational Management from Mt. St. Vincent University.

In Jamaica, she's also served as an adjunct faculty member with Northern Caribbean University, University College of the Caribbean, and Church Teachers College; focusing on areas such as operations management, business ethics, labor and industrial relations, strategic management, West Indian history, and marketing.

Passionate about human resources, people development, and guiding issues relating to employee benefits/contracts and compliance, she thrives in finding solutions to circumstances that restrict employees from becoming their best selves within an organization.

Fun Fact: Gail is an avid reader of fiction. She also loves travelling, learning about new cultures, interacting with different people, experiencing new foods, and tasting the best red wines.
