Francis Malimban (also known as Frank) is an IT professional who has contracted with several different organizations since 2015, serving many different roles in Desktop, Networking, and Help Desk support. Frank brings more than five years of experience as an IT generalist, problem-solver, and customer technical support specialist.

Frank was born in Guam and his family immigrated to the USA when his father enlisted into the U.S. Navy. Frank attended college at Central Washington University and graduated with a degree in Information Technology and Administrative Management. There, he earned an A+ certification and then continued to earn his graduate degree in Project Management.

Frank enjoys travelling, video gaming, and watching sports in his spare time. Frank has been a huge Seahawks fan since he moved to Washington State.

Fun Fact: Frank built his first computer at the age of 14. He really wanted a gaming PC but could not afford one and had to use hand-me-down parts from his friends. This is where his interest in IT and computer support began.
