Megan Moorehead

Salesforce Administrator & Program Coordinator

As Salesforce Administrator & Program Coordinator, Megan Moorehead manages 501 Commons' internal Salesforce database and supports the Technology Volunteering Program; while maintaining Salesforce functions, documenting processes and providing trainings, she also coordinates Plan IT, 501 Talks Tech and technology-related projects. She joined 501 Commons in September 2015, originally providing administrative and programmatic support for Management Consulting, Human Resources and Technology services.

Megan has grown up in the Greater Seattle Area and has no plans to abandon the spectacular Pacific Northwest anytime soon. She studied at Western Washington University in Bellingham, focusing on Literature and Writing Studies, ultimately earning a Bachelor’s Degree in late 2014. For the duration of her college career, Megan worked on-campus as a faculty assistant, and also participated in a short four-month program at Walt Disney World, driving a boat and spieling puns as a Jungle Cruise Skipper. Making the leap to the nonprofit sector combines her administrative and technology skills with her desire to connect with people and foster goodwill in the community.

Beyond the professional realm, Megan enjoys photography, scenic walks, lots of games (board games, card games, video games, you name it), and verbal sparring with her family. Additionally, she hopes to one day take CERT training to provide aid and take part in disaster preparedness.

Fun Fact: Megan is slightly double-jointed and has an identical twin sister.
