Ryan is one of the voices on the other end of our help desk line and provides technical support to our Managed Services clients nonprofits. He has a keen interest in making sure all clients enjoy friendly and rapid response. Ryan previously worked as a software support technician for Nintendo, which might be where he discovered his love for the Wii. In addition to video games, Ryan also enjoys playing poker and golf in his spare time.
Random fact: Ryan lived in Southern California until he was 8 and continues to cultivate a strong respect/fear of earthquakes.
