Take Your Fundraising and Volunteer Management to the Next Level

Posted Dec 19, 2017 09:11 AM
As we turn the page toward a new year, we can help you improve right away in two key areas: Fundraising and volunteer management.

Encore Fellowship in Fundraising
It’s not easy being a development director! Unfortunately, far too many are either retiring from the profession or leaving the field altogether. If your organization is facing such a gap, inquire today about having an Encore Fellow join your team.

The Encore Fellowship program places highly experienced professionals in a temporary position for 300 to 1,000 hours, depending on your needs. 501 Commons will recruit and train this Fellow to do things such as write grants, manage fundraising events, develop fundraising marketing collateral, research new donors, help implement a donor database, or improve your financial reporting practices.

Volunteer management
If volunteers are critical to your success or if you would like volunteers to become a larger part of your mission, let us guide you toward getting the most out of your dedicated supporters.

Our proven model assesses your current volunteer management practices, identifies areas for advancement, and creates actionable items to get these ideas off the ground. A consultant who is matched with you can complete a variety of projects such as strengthening your ability to recruit and retain quality volunteers, training new volunteers, or creating a volunteer database.
