See what The Raikes Foundation had to say:
“The automation our 501 Commons team has brought into our grant making budget, pipeline, and overall management processes have been amazing and a fairly simple lift from our perspective,” reports Raikes Foundation. “Very impressed and most of all grateful!”
Inquire today about how we can partner with you to harness the full power of your organization’s data.
We’ll work with you to do an evaluation of how you collect data, where it comes from, how it’s used, areas where you can improve, and how your data can become a true ally of your mission. The assessment is based on our Five Elements of a Healthy Nonprofit framework and looks at how data supports better governance, HR, program evaluation, and fundraising decisions.
Do you have data stored in multiple systems? Need to make your data more secure? Start a conversation with us. We will guide you through choosing the right database.
Our database consultants have years of experience working with nonprofits large to small and with a variety of databases and Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Every organization has unique needs and staff capacity – and a constrained budget. Avoid confusion and endless hours of research. Let us help you decide which database is best for you.
Already use Salesforce? If you do not have someone trained as a Salesforce administrator on staff, we can provide one for you. The administrator can handle the more technical upkeep of your database like keeping it working properly, handling duplicate entries, training new users, developing reports, adding fields, and reformatting page layouts.
If you do have a SF administrator on staff but need some extra hands on deck to solve problems and add new features, you can purchase a block of support hours starting at $140 for the first 10 hours.
