The Sustainable Communities Funders group
This new partnership between the Bullitt Foundation, the Loom Foundation, the Seattle Foundation, and Social Venture Partners seeks applicants for a one-time funding opportunity for nonprofits serving King County and working to solve environmental and economic challenges while ensuring the voices of the community are heard. Applications are due by April 15, 2016.
Social Justice Fund Northwest – Criminal Justice
This two-year grant supports organizing work that addresses systemic issues in the criminal justice system, including action such as combating racism, inequalities in drug laws, ending the school-to-prison pipeline, and problems facing the immigrant community. The deadline to apply is April 21, 2016 before midnight.
4Culture – Cultural Equipment
Cultural institutions depend on specialized equipment, such as stage lights and museum storage shelving, to operate effectively. The Cultural Equipment program supports the purchase of equipment like this that’s crucial to supporting your mission.
