A workshop designed to give your board what it needs to develop a strong plan that guides you towards achieving your mission. You will learn how to work through the six stages of the strategic planning process. You will be able to assess the current state of your organization, improve your mission statement, and name one strategic priority for your organization. By the end of the workshop, you will have an action plan of at least two next steps to take towards a strategic plan.
