With over two decades of experience in nonprofit development, I work with organizations across environmental justice, food justice, disability services, health, and advocacy sectors at the local, regional, and national levels.

Recent engagements have included work with organizations focused on Pacific Northwest waterways and environmental advocacy, pediatric disability services, and public health capacity building.
My approach is practical and capacity-focused: I aim to leave every client with stronger systems, clearer donor relationships, and a development program they can sustain and grow. I bring particular depth in working with small to mid-sized nonprofits that are formalizing their development operations for the first time, as well as established organizations navigating transitions in leadership or funding strategy.
