Carolyn Cohen brings over 20 years of evaluative thinking and expertise in helping clients identify outcomes, assess successes, and pinpoint areas for growth and change. She facilitates real-time learning that advances innovations in programs, systems, and communities. Carolyn specializes in producing “Learning Briefs” that succinctly document outcomes and lessons learned. She supports clients in building internal evaluation capacity, applying findings to strategic decision making, and informing social change. Carolyn is especially known for her expertise in Appreciative Inquiry, Evaluation and Strategy Learning Circles, and Theory of Change development.
