About Evergreen Social Impact

Evergreen Social Impact (ESI) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, founded to fiscally sponsor public/private partnerships and charitable projects in Washington State. We provide fiduciary services, including governance, funds management, and other administrative services to projects with social-impact missions.

Through fiscal sponsorship, projects operate under and utilize ESI’s 501(c)(3) status, enabling projects to solicit tax-deductible donations, apply for grants and operate mission-driven programs.

We have a unique competence in administering complex federal, state, and local grants, including compliance. Our leadership team has more than 30 years’ experience in nonprofit operations. Areas of expertise include:

ESI may be the right fiscal sponsor for you if you are:

*Based and operating in Washington State.
*Focused on system change: Projects that work to create a society built on the principles of social justice, equity, robust communities, healthy people, and a sustainable environment.
*Led by an advisory board or steering committee.
*Willing to make or consider at least a two-to-three-year commitment to fiscal sponsorship, or are looking for a permanent administrative home (preferred).
