About Mary Beth Harrington is 501c3 Empowering Nonprofits

I believe the most vital areas of management for a nonprofit organization are the Board, the Volunteers, and the Leadership. If these three areas are robust and in good order, in most cases, the organization will thrive. When any one of these is failing, it can cripple the organization from within.

I also believe that every organization is unique, therefore I pride myself on providing development, strategic and consulting sessions based on the specific needs of the organization while ensuring that they are thorough, objective, and enjoyable.
