My name is Robin Read and I specialize in meeting facilitation, data gathering and analysis, and strategic planning consulting—all of which I love to do. My background is in public health and collaboration building—both of which I’m very passionate about.

I have been a meeting facilitator for a variety of community groups and community-based initiatives through assessment (quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis) and community health priority planning processes.

I have led the development and implementation of programmatic and organizational strategic planning that involves employees, community stakeholders, and leadership. I have convened and facilitated organizations across different sectors to collaborate on implementing community change.

I have facilitated planning processes, events, retreats, and meetings. I have implemented many community surveys that include both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, conducted secondary data gathering and reporting, and facilitated focus groups.

I love helping collaborations and organizations be forward-thinking, action-oriented, and make data-driven decisions.
