About Salish Roots Consulting

Salish Roots helps changemakers and movement-builders start and sustain nonprofits. We help you with infrastructure, governance, and storytelling so you can focus on the transformational work you came here to do. In doing this, we recognize you need an infrastructure to sustain the work, but you don't want bureaucratic processes that bring you down or replicate the system you're here to change. We help you build or strengthen your infrastructure in a way that's rooted in your values, honors your team's culture, and lets you focus on the work you're called to do. This includes everything from helping new nonprofits get off the ground to helping mature nonprofits rebuild the infrastructure and reset the relationship dynamics they need to sustain their work.
