With over 25 years of experience, Stacey has worked with a diverse range of clients in the public and social sector, including healthcare, community services, education, and other non-profit organizations. Prior to starting her own practice, she was an executive at a large non-profit health system, leading the organizational development and talent management teams for over 13 years where her work included executive coaching, change management, culture assessment, employee engagement, and performance and talent management. She has also been a leader and consultant in other industries, including technology, finance, automobile, chemical, construction, and real estate.

Clients have called her “a game changer,” an “insightful, intuitive and passionate coach” and have recommended working with Stacey to “anyone seeking to actualize as an effective executive.” In 2019, she was honored with the 501 Common’s Coach of the Year award. While at the large non-profit health system, she was awarded with the CLO Vanguard Learning in Practice award in 2010.

Stacey is a certified coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and the International Coaching Federation, has a B.A. in psychology and a M.S. and Ph.D. in organizational psychology, and is trained in a number of leadership and organizational assessments and methodologies, including Personalysis, EQ in Action, and Systemic Team Coaching. She is a member of various professional groups, including the national Organizational Development Network, International Coaching Federation and Association for Talent Development.
