About The Equity Consortium

ASSESSMENT
We invite you to participate in the ONLY community created and evaluated assessment of the state of any organization's equitable practices, regardless of field or sector, size or geography. Find and confirm a starting point.

REFERRAL
​With a detailed, authentic diagnosis in hand The Equity Consortium offers a thoughtful referral to a qualified, specialized, and supported Equity Consultant based on identified need. Cut out the guess work. That's Equity.

COST
A flat fee of $3,500 plus $20 per person for organizations over 30 members with monthly payment options available.

TIMELINE
The Equity Factors Assessment, with the invitation of three community Evaluators, may be completed in approximately six weeks. Follow up referral services depend on the scope of work and budget available.

PEOPLE
The Equity Consortium counts over 300 participants including over 120 equity consultants organized by years of experience and area of expertise. Contributors to the creation of the Equity Factors Assessment number over 35 with over 500 years of combined experience.
