Several programs increase organizational capacity through a team-based planning process. We also help organizations and boards become better advocates for their mission.
• TECHNOLOGY SERVICES include: Technology planning, collaboration, and knowledge management, IT Infrastructure, data analysis, database selection, development, and administration.
• HUMAN RESOURCES includes: on-going HR Partner Services, consulting projects such as staff handbooks and personnel policies, staff climate survey, succession planning, and staff and leader development.
• FINANCIAL SERVICES include: ongoing bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting services, HR Quick Consults, 990 preparation, and finance training for boards.
