About Bigger Boat Consulting

Bigger Boat Consulting partners with forward-thinking nonprofit organizations to build custom Salesforce solutions. Our team has deep expertise working with nonprofits to build client and program tracking solutions. Our 100% Salesforce certified consulting team have all been staff members at nonprofit organizations and understand how nonprofits work.

Our project experience includes:

• Affordable housing including shared equity models, inclusionary housing, and supportive housing
• Human services client management, program management, and intake
• Cohort management
• Program and outcomes management
• Training and event management
• Donor and grant management using the Nonprofit Starter Pack

We take a lean approach to the solutions we build. We use our knowledge of what works (and what doesn’t) to build the most straightforward and cost-effective solution to meet a client’s needs.

We value helping our clients take ownership of their system. We instill this ownership in many ways, from building the right project team to requiring a staff database administrator to our inclusive agile approach. At the end of a project our goal is that organizations feel that it is their system, not a system built for them by “some consultant.” Additional information on our process can be found here: http://biggerboatconsulting.com/[…]/
