Janet Boguch, MA, has been principal of Non-Profit Works and TableTalks & BoardTalks Peer Learning Groups since 1988. She is also a professional certified leadership and transition coach. Janet’s mission is to connect people, spark ideas and inspire positive change. As principal of Wide Angle Coaching, she is committed to assisting individuals and organizations reach their highest potential and to working with all sizes and types of organizations to help boost their confidence, efficiency and sustainability.
Janet carries out her mission through these primary lines of work: coaching, facilitating, training/teaching and public speaking.
Certified by the International Coach Federation, Janet successfully works with individuals who are seeking some kind of improvement and growth. She is certified in leadership tools: Dependable Strengths, Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Emotional Intelligence- Learning in Action, Brene Brown’s Daring Way and Immunity to Change.
For over twenty years she taught at the University of Washington in nonprofit management and fundraising management and as core faculty for Seattle University’s Master of Nonprofit Leadership. She was a senior governance consultant for Board Source and as such is an expert on ‘all things board/governance related.”
