About USI Kibble & Prentice

USI Kibble & Prentice was founded in 1972 by Ted Kibble and Arnie Prentice and is dedicated to assisting businesses and individuals with making sound decisions that create value and manage risk. USI Kibble & Prentice is a wholly-owned subsidiary of USI Holdings Corporation. As such, we utilize national capabilities in order to deliver regionally based services to our clients across the country and abroad.

Through strategic partnerships, clients are given access to a full range of products and services typically available only through larger brokerage firms. We provide regionally based services, world-class expertise and services in insurance and risk management consulting, employee benefits, retirement plan services, executive benefits and business continuation planning. Our independence and personal focus enable us to provide our clients with objective advice – and the attention they deserve.

We believe it is our corporate responsibility to support the community in which we operate and encourage our employees to be actively involved in causes and organizations that resonate with them. Many of our associates hold volunteer board positions.
