Kim Loveall Price formed Loveall Price & Associates LLC in 2004. Kim’s focus is Transitional Leadership and Interim Executive work for non-profits. Her extensive training and experience in non-profit management and collaborative leadership allows her to create an environment where problem solving, collaborative teamwork and transformative change occurs by encouraging staff and boards to question and re-evaluate mission impact and organizational structure.

Kim and her team bring over 40 years of experience in fundraising, board development, fiscal management, human resources, and visionary leadership . As a small specialized consultanting firm, Kim and her team have successfully transitioned over 30 organizations. Her work has ranged from recruitment and on-boarding executive leadership to her most recent assignment facilitating a merger that encompassed over $40 million in assets. Organizations she has worked with have varied in size from one staff member to 135 staff and their budget sizes have ranged from $240K to $19 million.
