About Lynn Hagerman Coaching & Consulting
Lynn Hagerman has 30 years’ experience in healthcare leadership and nonprofit administration, including serving as Executive Director for Puget Sound Susan G. Komen for the Cure and as VP Planning and Business Development at Evergreen Healthcare. In the private sector, Lynn also served as AVP, Safety and Health for GTE domestic US Operations, overseeing health policy, programs and services.
Today, Lynn works through her own coaching and consulting practice with health care, nonprofit and public organizations throughout the Northwest, in leadership development, team development and strategic planning. Lynn specializes in executive and leadership coaching, and in working with senior leadership teams.
Lynn is Latina and bilingual. She has a BA in Developmental Psychology and a Masters in Public Health from the University of California. Lynn is Certified in Executive, Leadership and Transition Coaching from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and is a Certified MBTI practitioner. She is accredited by the International Coaches Federation, and holds a PCC.
Lynn serves on nonprofit boards, and has served on the Leadership Tomorrow (Seattle) Curriculum Committee. Lynn enjoys the Northwest and is devoted to the region and loves gardening, reading, traveling and skiing with her family. Lynn lives on Mercer Island with her husband and golden retriever, and has a son who is a graduate of the University of Washington.
