About Paige Mac Leod Consulting

Paige Mac Leod has spent the past 20+ years leading nonprofits to success using proven, strategic management solutions — assisting more than 100 organizations to run their internal operations more efficiently. Her emphasis is on applying business management techniques adapted for the nonprofit world. Paige guides groups to optimize their (often) limited human and financial resources -- helping them achieve the greatest impact possible in their communities.

Paige's consulting skills have developed from a diverse background. She spent four years as a Specialist with The Nature Conservancy’s International Institutional Development Department, and another five years living and working with local organizations in Central America. She has developed management tools and provided training to hundreds of nonprofits on topics ranging from Executive Leadership and Institutional Strengthening to Business Planning for Nonprofits to Board Development. Her ability to adapt to new and changing situations, her mastery of the Spanish language and her degree in Business Administration from Boston University, with dual concentrations in Marketing and International Management, make her an ideal consult for nonprofit organizations.
