Public Interest Management Group (PIMG) is a small Seattle-based management consulting firm that serves the nonprofit sector exclusively. Our services focus on building long-term financial health and sustainability, and help nonprofits thrive in a competitive world.

PIMG was founded in 2007 by Scott Schaffer. A four-time nonprofit CEO (and past CFO), he’s led or designed more over 50 successful financial turnarounds, mergers and restructuring projects and growth planning projects. He has a background that blends finance, operations management and nonprofit leadership.
