About Strategic Research Associates

Our team of research strategists are positioned to utilize industry best practices, real-world experience, research skills, customer journey mapping, and design thinking expertise to aid our customers in developing in-depth insights that inspire and provide our clients with the actionable recommendations you need to take decision action.

Since 1996, Strategic Research has assisted hundreds of non-profit organizations in designing and implementing research strategies to achieve both short and long term goals. We have a proven track record of delivering excellent research and consulting services, qualitative and quantitative, to our clients across the State. With specific experience in the non-profit and public sectors, we are go-to resource for public entities looking to better understand their customers and constituents and the environmental pressures they face while searching for new opportunities to offer their services and better serve their communities.

GAINING UNDERSTANDING THROUGH EFFECTIVE RESEARCH

Approximately 30-40% of our work annually is in support of the not for profit sector. Our mission at Strategic Research is to positively impact the communities we live and work within through implementing effective and successful market research practices.

We have the skills and internal tools to field studies using any method imaginable. We often find ourselves suggesting new approaches to research, such as design thinking methodologies, that offer a more holistic approach to data collection and evaluation. Many of these creative approaches offer better insights to our clients, at a lower investment cost than traditional market research approaches like telephone surveys and the like.

With two professional research facilities, one in Spokane, and the other in Federal Way, we are positioned to assist our clients where they are, and bring with it the local insights and intelligence needed to quickly determine your market needs and provide valuable suggestions to your planning, evaluation, and consulting projects.
