Applicants can choose from 20 main categories, or "Areas of Expertise." If an applied-for category is approved, the applying organization, company, or individual can also be listed in any of the applicable subcategories associated with the approved listing category.
While applicants may do some work in many of the 20 categories, we want to focus applicants' listing on primary areas of expertise. So there is a limit to the number of categories a person or group can be listed under. In the case of consultants and other service providers, an individual’s or organization’s experience level determines the maximum number of allowable categories.
The following table outlines the allowable number of categories for different types of service providers and related listing fees.* These fees help pay for the portion of listing service costs not covered by other sources.
Note: Choosing "Facilitation" as a main category does not count toward the maximum number of allowable categories.
