Possible topics include:

• Improving board governance and the relationship between the board and executive.
• Financial strategies that improve the organization’s viability.
• Shaping organizational culture, including inter-generational issues.
• Deciding whether to leave your organization.
• Increasing diversity and building inclusion into your culture.
