Bookkeeping & Accounting

Contract with us for ongoing bookkeeping, accounting, and oversight support:

• Work with a dedicated associate on a weekly or monthly basis
• We handle your AR/AP, reconciliations, adjusting payroll and other journal entries, plus more
• Contracts for controller-level support for budgeting, financial oversight available
• Ongoing financial services include a four-hour monthly minimum
• Our team can ensure your needs are met when your financial services associate is out of the office

Tax & Form 990

Our experienced tax and accounting staff is here to assist with:

• Preparing your Form 990 (nonprofit tax return)
• Applying for nonprofit status (Form 1023)
• Changing your organization's tax year or accounting method (Forms 1128, 3115)
• Other tax-related matters

NOTE: We do not conduct financial reviews or audits, but can refer you to some excellent firms.

Project Consulting

Our expert finance staff is available for short-term projects such as:

• Setting up your chart of accounts and/or QuickBooks file
• Revising your chart of accounts and reconciling historic data
• Consulting on budgeting, financial policies, internal controls
