We currently have 5 spaces available to rent on the 11th floor of Pacific Tower (1200 12th Ave. S, Seattle, WA 98144). Most offices are two-person or private offices off of a central hallway. Contact Nancy Long at firstname.lastname@example.org if you're interested in sharing an office with us!
You'll have access to a communal kitchenette area, meeting rooms, free Wi-Fi for guests and employees, and great sights of the city.

If you are looking for space for board meetings, program gatherings, fundraisers and other important events in King County, please consider these spaces on the 8th floor of Pacific Tower. Located at the crossroads of I-5 and I-90, Pacific Tower offers three high-quality meeting rooms and a conference or event space with a panoramic view of Seattle. Nonprofit rates make these spaces affordable for nonprofits in our state.
Pacific Tower overlooks Downtown Seattle and Puget Sound from the top of north Beacon Hill.
Amenities: With a panoramic view of the Cascades, Downtown Seattle and Puget Sound, the Panoramic Center is ideal for networking events and large fundraisers. Wi-Fi is available. The center can also be broken up into three separate rooms. Capacity: 300 for reception, 270 for lecture-style setup, 120 for round tables and chairs, 130 for narrow tables and chairs.
Suite 820 meeting room
Amenities: 400 square feet, white board, conference phone, flat screen, and Wi-Fi access.
Capacity: Up to 15 people, depending on configuration.
Suite 810 meeting room
Amenities: 650 square feet, two white boards, conference phone, flat screen, and Wi-Fi access.
Capacity: Up to 40 people, depending on configuration.

Please note that the Meeting Rooms are unavailable to the general public during the evenings and weekends.
Pacific Tower Tenants
The nonprofit and public agency tenants that make up the Pacific Tower Innovation Center do not pay fees for the daytime use of the Panoramic Center. Tenants pay a discounted fee for the use of the Panoramic Center on weekends, holidays, and evenings after 4 p.m. Monday-Thursday, or after 3 p.m. Fridays. Pacific Tower tenants have priority for scheduling the Panoramic Center 19 months in advance and the meeting rooms 13-18 months in advance.
